FAQ / Rules – Outdoor CLOSED

After much thought, I want to share that Rhythm RC Raceway’s outdoor track will be closing. This was not an easy decision, as the outdoor track has been home to so many great races, friendships, and memories over the years. Sometimes unexpected changes behind the scenes force difficult decisions, but our focus remains on moving forward and making the best of what’s ahead.
While one chapter is ending, another is just getting started — our indoor track will remain open, and we’re excited to continue growing, improving, and building an even stronger community there. We have big plans ahead and can’t wait to keep racing with all of you indoors.
I encourage each of you to patronize our other local outdoor tracks, Trains and Lanes Hobbies, Park Lane Hobbies, Area 52, Jersey RC Racing Promotions, Zak’s Hobbies, LCRC Raceway, G’s Raceway, Adrenalice RC and others.
Thank you to everyone who supported the outdoor track and helped make it special. We hope you’ll continue this journey with us at the indoor track, where the future is bright.

Outdoor Off Road Racing – Rhythm RC Outdoor is a dirt off-road racing track for 1/8 and 1/10 scale and mini electric off-road vehicles.

What do I need to bring? Table and chairs are NOT provided therefore be sure to have those. We also suggest bringing a pop-up tent to stay out of the sun. The outdoor facility does not have permanent power at this time but is planned in the near future. There are limited generators on site therefore if you have one we suggest bringing it but if you don’t have one you should be able to utilize one at the track – be sure to bring a long extension cord

What timing system do you use? Rhtyhm RC utilizes MyLaps timing and transponders. Some other brands may work but we cannot promise all will work.

How much does it cost to race / practice? Practice fees are $15 per racer for the day.We do not offer practice on race week. Club racing fees are $30 for each class.

What are your hours? Planned hours can be found on the calendar page. On race days gates open at 8AM and close 1 hour after the end of the last race.

Where can I learn more? Check Facebook for the Rhythm RC page and racers group.
